About

Bramble Baking Co. is a small-batch bakery based in Baltimore, MD. Founded in 2017 as a pop-up project, Bramble has since grown into its own storefront focused on hyper-seasonal, inventive cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, and more. We serve coffee roasted locally by Sophomore Coffee, and tea sourced from Pillion Tea. The local farms we partner with not only grow food, but flowers too, and we take great joy in bringing botanical flavors and decoration to our work.

What else is important to us? Creating a collectively-run workplace rooted in a deep respect of one another’s work, generating higher wages in the food industry, and reallocating resources to mutual aid efforts/in support of our city and causes we care about whenever possible. Basically, trying our best to use baked goods as fuel for taking care of each other.

We make cakes (and pies) for pickup at our bakery most Thursdays-Sundays. We accept orders on a rolling basis so we can keep our menu seasonally updated! Learn more and place an order here.
