Our favorite centerpiece to make each year! This year our buche de noel features a chocolate sponge brushed with passionfruit syrup, a little dark chocolate ganache, and toasted rice pastry cream. Frosted with a light chocolate buttercream and decorated with meringue mushrooms, candied fruits, flowers and herbs.
